Evaluation Services: This Contract/Proposal sets forth fixed costs for removal, transportation, inspection, testing, and installation (“Evaluation Services”) of HLP #7.0. These are described more completely below. Owner will consider the proposed Evaluation Services costs as one of the primary means of evaluating Bidders’ Contract/Proposals. These services shall include: 1. Removal and transportation of the pump and motor to Contractor’s and/or subcontractor’s shop(s); 2. Disassembly, inspection and evaluation of the pump, including detailed written reports which will include review of reports by Owner (directly or via electronic media); 3. Disassembly, inspection and evaluation of the motor, including detailed written reports which will include review of reports by Owner (directly or via electronic media); 4. Reassembly of pump and motor; 5. Transport of pump and motor back to Work Site; 6.
