B. Project Summary: This project consists of grading, site preparation, foundation prep, footing pour, replacing existing sidewalk, installing new sidewalk, extension of electrical service, extension of sewer service, extension of water service for the installation of prefabricated restrooms that will be located east of the International Harvest Clubhouse. The contractor is responsible for all utility locates in the area of work and for those that may be affected by the construction. Coordination with the utility company may be required. All construction material shall be removed and properly disposed of in accordance with State and local regulations within the time limits of the project. Removal and hauling away of all construction debris including unsuitable soils shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. Material/Density testing will be performed by the Owner.
