The Project consists of the purchase, design, and installation of a steel carport structure including the installation of concrete footings, a steel support framework, lighting, and drainage as depicted in the plan set (final carport structure design by others) . Additionally, this project will also include HMA milling of existing parking area, installation of surface course, inlet filters, tack coat, hot mix asphalt pavement repair, 8’ high chain link fence with two double gates, stamped colored concrete driveway (reinforced, 8” thick), application of 4” thermoplastic stripes, and the restoration of any curb paint disturbed to its original condition. All work on this contract must be completed within sixty (60) calendar days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
