Spring and Fall Clean Up Spring would consist of thatching of lawn area, mulch, shrub clean up. Stone areas would need to be cleared of debris and property would need to be cleared of trash, leaves, fallen limbs and other debris. Fall would also consist of removal of all trash, leaves, fallen branches and other relief. Fall clean up would start in September (every other week) and end by November 30th . Fertilization 4 step fertilization program for early summer, late summer and fall grub along with needed grub control application. Mulch Mulch beds and tree rings would need to be prepped/edged and mulched. Mowing and Trimming Mowing to be performed every 7 days at a minimum depending on the time of the year and the amount of weekly growth. Debris would be removed at the time of mowing and trimming when necessary. All grass clippings need to be removed. Areas that would need to be trimmed would be around the mulch beds, the buildings, along pavement edges and other areas that visibly need trimming
