The selected PCS will be responsible for providing the following services but not limited too: General Cleaning Services 1. Daily Cleaning: o Dusting and wiping all surfaces, including desks, tables, and countertops. o Emptying all trash and recycling receptacles and replacing liners. o Sweeping and mopping all hard floors. o Vacuuming all carpets and rugs. o Sanitizing high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and handrails. 2. Restroom Cleaning: o Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, sinks, mirrors, and countertops. o Refilling soap, paper towels, and other consumables as needed. 3. Periodic Services: o Window cleaning (interior and exterior, as appropriate). o Deep cleaning carpets and upholstery (quarterly or as needed). o Stripping and waxing floors (semi-annually). 4. Supplies and Equipment The PCS must: o Provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. o Use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products where feasible. o Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and safe to use. 5. Schedule and Availability o Cleaning services must be conducted once per week. o Emergency cleaning services may be requested on short notice and must be accommodated
