Agencies awarded funding will be expected to collaborate with DCTS to accomplish the following scope of work. • Assemble a team of skilled practitioners, including specialists in family advocacy and peer support. • Provide training essential to the provision of evidence-based practices to funded CSC programs including, but not limited to: o Suicide intervention skills. o Assessing for symptoms of ESMI and FEP. o Best practices for providing CSC services to individuals and families such as therapy and treatment modalities. • Provide technical assistance and consultation to funded CSC programs including, but not limited to: o Regular community of practice meetings emphasizing implementation, quality improvement, programming, and sustainability. o Regular group clinical and provider consultation related to the roles of CSC. o Consultation with individual agencies or providers on topics related to service provision, clinical work, implementation, process improvement, and sustainability. o Hosting or conducting on-site visits. o Fidelity assessment and quality improvement efforts. • Consultation and coaching with Tribal nations, counties, and agencies throughout the state who inquire about support for individuals presenting with ESMI or FEP.
