The District is seeking bids for ClearTouch Interactive Flat Panel (IFP) and labor for their installation at Carver and Cherokee. Panels will be installed on the wall or on a cart. Labor will also include the demo of existing classroom AV equipment such as Smartboards, projectors, projector mounts, raceways, speakers, TVs, and TV mounts. This solicitation is divided into two groups. Group one will address the equipment. Group Two will address the labor. The District reserves the right to award by line, group, all or none. Awards will be made in the best interest of the District. For the equipment the District will not accept alternatives or deviations from what we have specified. Demo: As specified in the Scope of Work - Remove Existing Equipment in Classroom to include: Smartboard, raceway, projectors, projector mounts, and any visible cabling. Install: As specified in the Scope of Work - Install new IFP(s) to stand and run any updates needed on the IFP. All packaging material shall be properly disposed of by the Contractor to leave a clean classroom environment. Pricing shall be included below per classroom for demolition, installation and repair.
