Supply and install a new northern climate HUD/FHA Energy Star rated replacement window unit sized to fit the existing opening OR glass block window system. Outer stops are to be replaced with new millwork using lead-safe work practices or enclosed with aluminum cladding. Windows for unconditioned spaces do not require Energy Star rated windows.
