The work under this contract shall consist of structural steel repairs to superstructure including but not limited to repairs to main girders, stiffeners, bolting plates to webs and flanges of superstructure steel; substructure repairs including but not limited to repairs to tower legs, stiffeners, bolting plates to flanges and webs of columns, and replacing gusset plates; sidewalk bracket repairs and/or replacement; Sandblasting, cleaning, and painting all superstructure steel across entire length of viaduct from south abutment to north abutment, and to repaired substructure steel areas; concrete haunch removals at the underside of deck and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract.
