The consultant shall hold progress meetings, as necessary, to ensure the project is on schedule and the team is resolving project issues. The consultant shall take proactive measures that will mitigate risks and corrective action(s) should slippage of the schedule occur. Document retention, project schedule and risk register, and submittal uploads, and updates in the Workfront platform are required. Survey base mapping for design shall be performed by the consultant. Survey efforts are anticipated to be minimal and will include utility designation. It is anticipated that utilities will not be in conflict with construction items nor construction operations; therefore, utility potholes will not be required. The consultant shall provide documentation and support to ADOT staff in securing the necessary Environmental, Utility, and Right of Way (ROW) clearances for the project.
