This Invitation to Bid is to obtain licensed professional electrician services to establish new electrical service at Terrapin Skate Park to electrify a restroom and future outdoor lighting. Electrical service will be needed to power a pre-fabricated, single-user flush restroom and (future) outdoor, energy-efficient lighting. The restroom building is to be delivered in May/June 2025; lighting may be installed at a future time. The successful bidder will be responsible for establishing a connection with the power company’s infrastructure, meter panel installation and setup, electrical line routing to the restroom location, stubbing electrical lines to building specifications, and making the final connections to the restroom and its functional components.
