A. All project work shall conform to the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Archaeology and Historic Preservation, which include the Standards for Preservation Planning. B. All aspects of public participation, including identifying stakeholders, soliciting input, review comments, etc. This effort should include, at the least, the creation of a core stakeholder group to help lead the planning process, identification and participation of other state agencies or entities, regional efforts for input and public involvement (including potential visits to the regions), and statewide public survey. C. The HPF, as noted in the background above, contains guidance for developing and content for statewide preservation plans; the consultant shall reference and ensure deliverables adhere to this guidance. D. Previously completed statewide preservation plans and related resources should be referenced by the consultant but should not be considered a template for completion of this 10-year plan.
