Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Water Treatment Services to the Georgia Southern University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. Monthly In-Person Service: • Regular maintenance of treatment equipment • In person testing for parameters including but not limited to pH, Conductivity, iron, copper, hardness, silica, alkalinity, etc. • Calibration and testing of monitoring sensors and devices. • Scheduled preventative maintenance • On-site chemical inventory audit Remote Monitoring System: • Continuous monitoring of water quality and system performance. • Capabilities to control chemical dosage and blowdown remotely • Use of a fluorometer to provide real time inhibitor feed of all systems • Installation of sensors and data transmission devices for continuous remote monitoring of water quality. • Web based platform with mobile application for customer use, providing the ability for monitoring real-time data on key water quality metrics such as pH levels, conductivity, turbidity, ORP, and chemical dosing (tag and trace) • Weekly data analysis and reporting to the client, highlighting any trends or abnormalities. • Set up automatic alerts for critical deviations (e.g., pH levels out of range, high turbidity, low chemical levels). • Training client personnel on basic system operation and interpretation of remote monitoring data. • Monthly System Performance Reports • 24/7 technical support available • Ability to use the app or web platform to submit lab samples, ideally using QR code, or like technology, labeled sample bottles
