• Provide a copy of current state of Wisconsin Plumbing License • Conduct all work during normal working hours – Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. – unless deemed by HACM to be disruptive to the normal operation of the organization or an emergency. Work conducted Monday through Friday, 4:31 p.m. to 7:59 a.m. shall be paid at time and one half and all Sundays and holidays shall be paid at double time. • Shall not proceed with work until directed to do so by the HACM or its agent. HACM staff, including its professional maintenance staff, have extensive knowledge of HACM’s properties and its operational and budgetary demands; such staff may be consulted in determining whether to proceed. • Shall receive authorization to proceed with work via a faxed Work Order or called in with the Work Order Number. • Shall have in its employ a sufficient force of qualified and competent personnel to commence work on each dwelling unit within twenty-four hours of Contractor receiving Work Order from the HACM to proceed. Picking up unit keys does not constitute commencement of work. • Shall complete the work within seventy-two (72) hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). The HACM Manager may grant the contractor up to an additional seventy-two (72) hours to complete (or within the additional time extension granted by the HACM Manager); liquidated damages in the amount of Seventy-Five and 00/100 Dollars ($75.00) may be assessed for each day of delay. • Shall arrive at the property location ready to commence work. • Contractor(s) arrival to the property location for emergency calls shall be within two (2) hours after notification by HACM, including after hours (4:31 p.m. – 7:59 a.m.), weekends and holidays.
