The Contractor shall collect, remove, transport and dispose of trash, in compliance with Local Law No. 6 of 2024 pertaining to flow control, at the following locations as specified: 1) Cortland County Office Building 60 Central Avenue Cortland, New York 13045 • One (1) – Ten (10) yard trash container – three (3) times per week 2) Cortland County Courthouse, Public Safety Building & Jail 54 Greenbush Street Cortland, New York 13045 • One (1) – Six (6) yard trash container – three (3) times per week 3) Cortland County Highway Department Traction Drive Cortland, New York 13045 • One (1) – Four (4) yard trash container – one (1) time per week 4) Dwyer Memorial County Park Little York Lake Road Homer, New York 13077 • One (1) – Six (6) yard trash container – one (1) time per week (May 1 – September 30) 5) Cortland County 911 Center 22 W. Court Street Cortland, New York 13045 6) Provide rental information for extra containers on a per diem basis, as an additional option for this bid/contract.
