Vendor shall provide the following services: Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for an integrated Public Health Laboratory quality management platform which utilizes FISMA and/or FedRAMP compliant cloud service provider(s), with servers and data stored in the continental United States. Ability to electronically manage and control all documents such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) containing proprietary and Confidential Information (CI) with an efficient method to upload, edit, review, approve, and publish new and/or existing documents for Laboratory staff attestation, use, and version control. Management of Laboratory staff competency and training records, with ability for employees to complete standard and user-customized training within the application. This capability must include the option to earn continuing education unit (CEU) and continuing medical education (CME) credits. Ability to electronically manage accreditation or federal, state regulatory compliance regarding Clinical and Public Health Laboratory practice, e.g., Proficiency Testing, internal audits, management review, non-conformity documentation tracking such as, investigations, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
