The City is requesting the update and development of several FEMA CRS plans to support the ongoing efforts to improve the City’s FEMA CRS program. The plans included in this request are the Floodplain Management Plan (FMP), Repetitive Loss Area Analysis (RLAA), Natural Floodplain Functions Plan (NFP), and a bid alternate Substantial Damage Management Plan (SDP). The City anticipates that the requested plans will take several months and contain the elements as detailed in the scope of work. Both public and private resources will be utilized to develop thorough, useable plans. Building permit records, insurance loss reports, repeated flooding incident reports, Public Works maintenance records and other records will be available for review to determine areas most susceptible to flooding.
