Temporary facilities including, but not limited to: temporary connections, temporary utilities, project identification, traffic regulation, support facilities, field office, staging area, stockpile area, security and protection, project sign, and all other incidentals, in place complete.; Pre- and post-construction surveys per SP 152.; Erosion, sediment, odor, and dust control, including but not limited to: regulatory submittals; permits; training; installation and removal of BMPs; maintenance, monitoring, and reporting; and all other incidentals, in place complete.; Demolition, removal, and proper disposal of existing biotower (2X) structural and mechanical components, including but not limited to: existing geodesic dome; rotary distributor equipment; biotower media and precast media support beams, girders and columns; existing concrete liner; concrete debris from concrete repair activities; hazmat survey per SP 164, and all other incidentals, in place complete.
