RIDE is seeking a vendor to manage the hiring, salaries, benefits, and overall talent management for minimally the following positions: IDEA: A. IDEA Data Manager - Support RIDE in the design, review, and oversight of IDEA and related education data. This includes: • Managing the collection and timely reporting of valid and reliable data as required under Section 618 of the IDEA. • Developing protocols and conduct data analysis to support the public reporting and systemic improvement of services for special education students. • Supporting RIDE staff in the collection and reporting of data, analysis and presentation of special education and related data. • Support the identification of data trends and presenting data for informing policy development. • Providing technical assistance to RIDE staff, LEA staff and the public in accessing and understanding special education data. • Responding to public request for data consistent with RIDE protocols. • Collaborating with the RIDE Office of Data Analysis and Technology Services (ODATS) staff and the data warehouse and other database systems to develop and verify special education data reports requested for reporting, generating reports and all federal reports, (i.e., EdFacts reports). • Leading special education data systems updates and improvements approved by the OSCAS Director...
