The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit proposals from qualified and licensed contractors with PROW construction experience to provide the City with as-needed construction services on various non-emergency repairs and maintenance needs. Proposers are encouraged to focus on their areas of strength and are not required to team with a large number of subcontractors to cover all potential types of work. Proposals are not required to cover all scopes of work outlined in the Scope of Service. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Crack sealing, dig-outs, patch paving, & concrete repair on streets & shared-use trails; Utility & pipeline trench repairs; Curb, typical gutter, valley gutter, sidewalk, & driveway approach repairs; Storm drain, stormwater inlet, cross-drain, stormwater pipeline, manhole, & miscellaneous stormwater appurtenance repairs; Bioretention facilities & green stormwater infrastructure maintenance & repairs; Sewer lateral, sewer pipeline, sewer manhole, & miscellaneous sewer appurtenance repairs; Streetlighting, traffic signal, RRFB, & park lighting troubleshooting & repairs.
