The successful bidder is responsible for furnishing all supplies, materials, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary for Maintenance services on all elevators, dumbwaiter, and wheelchair lifts (see Attachment D), in accordance with the terms, conditions, requirements and specifications contained herein. It is the intent of these specifications to provide the using agency with a contract for reliable Full Maintenance Services. The contractor is expected to perform all service under this agreement in a professional manner and shall keep equipment and premises in an orderly condition. The contractor shall use skilled mechanics in the elevator, dumbwaiter, wheelchair lift service and maintenance trade and cooperate with the using agency in all respects.
