Work will include but not be limited to the following tasks: • Review of background, history, studies, reports, drawings, surveys, and easements • Physical inspection/inventory of existing park features and facilities • Geotechnical Evaluation • Utility Verification • Outreach/Engagement with public • Preliminary Design to Explore Alternatives • Selection of Preferred Alternative • Design Documents to Level Required for Permitting, CUP, Bldg, SDEV, etc. • Probable cost estimates • Collaboration with partnering agencies (TPS, THA, COT, others) • Compilation of Information for Grant/Funding Applications • Grant reporting or itemized invoices The following expertise/experience may be needed but not limited to: • Site Planning/design (Landscape Architecture) • Civil Engineering (Site and Utility Engineering) • Structural Engineering • Electrical • Costs Estimating • Agency/Permitting Requirements and documents • Project Communication/Presentations/Outreach • Construction Administration
