The Village of Tinley Park is requesting qualifications from commercial business owners interested in operating an 1100 +/- square foot vendor space within Harmony Square. The Village is seeking a high-quality, retail business with an excellent operating record whose use of the tenant space will create a destination for residents and visitors during regular business hours and have active participation during Harmony Square seasonal programming and special events in the Downtown such as the Block Party, Holiday Market, etc. Consideration will be given to responders who will have a highly creative visual window display on Oak Park Avenue, to promote and encourage pedestrian traffic around the plaza and in the Downtown. The commercial tenant space will be available as a white box build-out (prepared walls, floor slabs, essential utilities such as plumbing, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems); the selected vendor(s) will be responsible for furnishing the space to meet their retail business needs (ex. paint, equipment, fixtures and displays, point of sale system, etc.). Responders are encouraged to submit plans which they believe will be in the best interest of Harmony Square and the Village of Tinley Park. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all requests if it is deemed not to be responsive, responsible, or in the best interest of the Village
