Buoys shall be delivered to the Stratton Lock and Dam. 10 EA White Flashing Solar Marine Lights Lights shall be Carmanah Brand. Vendor should provide product literature with the quote. Delivery shall be F.O.B. (freight on board) destination, and shipping costs to be included with bid. Product must be new, unused and free from defects. 15 Each Amber Flashing Solar Marine Lights; 25 EA: Green flashing solar marine lights; Red flashing solar marine lights; The lights must meet the following specifications: Carmanah model Solar Powered LED lights; Nominal 4” diameter light; Light is to be powered by replaceable rechargeable batteries; Lights must have a minimum of 1 mile visibility; Light must be able to strobe at a rate of 60 flashes per minute; Meet or exceed IP 68 Waterproof/dust proof standard; Lights will not have bird arresters or “bird spikes”; Lights must have bolt holes or brackets for mounting to the top of a buoy with the following patterns
