The awarded contractor shall provide quality services, as follows; 1. Alchini Nizhoni Child Care Center, Building No. 4244 and Building No. 4245 a. The licensed contractor shall visit the site location and take all measurements of the door heights for the required slopes. b. The licensed contractor shall remove and dispose of the existing metal stairs and wheelchair ramp. c. The licensed contractor shall remove and dispose of the existing vegetation, and existing concrete footings. d. The licensed contractor shall prepare the sub grade for the required new reinforced concrete pads and for the new required size reinforced concrete landings. e. The licensed contractor shall calculate the required thickness of the new reinforced concrete pads. f. The licensed contractor shall pour a new reinforced concrete pad, for the entire size of the new stairs and wheelchair ramp. g. The licensed contractor shall pour the appropriate size new reinforced concrete landings and connect concrete sidewalk to the existing sidewalk. h. The licensed contractor shall install two (2) new prefabricated aluminum wheelchair ramp, new prefabricated aluminum non-slip stairs, with two hand railings located on the inside for adult and children height, and metal porch structure and new metal panel deck covering as required at the main front entrance/exit and at the north employee entrance/exit. i. The licensed contractor shall install a new metal structure and new metal panels, for the new metal porch structures and the new metal deck coverings for the entire landing, wheelchair ramp, and stair areas. The new porch structures and new metal panel deck coverings shall be connected to the building and have a positive slope for positive drainage. Installation of three (3) new metal structures and new metal panels shall be at the main front entrance/exit, employee north entrance/exit, and playground south entrance/exit. j. The licensed contractor shall install new seamless rain gutters on the three (3) new metal porch structures, with down spouts, and concrete splash blocks, to direct water away from the building. k. The licensed contractor shall secure and anchor new prefabricated aluminum ramp, new prefabricated aluminum non-slip stairs, and three (3) new metal porch structures to the new reinforced concrete pad.
