The CITY OF EDWARDSVILLE is seeking separate sealed bid proposals for the purchase and installation of a 6-foot fence to be installed at the future Parks Laborers Yard in Edwardsville, Illinois. The General Scope of Services includes: 1. The contractor is to provide proof of adherence to all specifications for all components, materials, equipment, hardware and other miscellaneous items as specified herein for the fence described. This information shall be provided with bid submittal to ensure that all bidders are in compliance with specifications. 2. Contractor’s bid shall include all necessary equipment and materials necessary to comply with all specifications and to properly install the specified materials at the site per industry standards. 3. All materials shall meet minimum specifications for the materials listed, and shall be in compliance with all guidelines for the industry. 4. Materials: The material supplier shall submit certification to the OWNER that all materials meet or exceed all stipulated specifications.
