A. Consultants shall create and deliver a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan in compliance with the SS4A standards. Consultants must adhere to all guidelines for plans outlined in the FY24 Notice of Funding Opportunity for the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Discretionary Grant Opportunity, Amendment 1 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). The following required components of the Action Plan are detailed on pages 7 to 11 of the NOFO. B. The Consulting Team shall manage all of the following technical aspects of the plan: 1. Monitor and provide regular reports on work progress and budget. 2. Coordinate and facilitate communication, assign staff, oversee technical work, and implement quality control. 3. In consultation with MPO staff, assemble and engage a Technical Traffic Safety Advisory Committee to help guide and provide feedback on all aspects of the planning process. 4. Design and lead an inclusive and engaging public process and formulate an impactful plan. 5. Provide as-needed project coordination, conference calls, and/or in-person meetings to report schedule status, outstanding issues and action items, and overview of upcoming work. 6. Prepare meeting agendas and materials. a. Distribute materials at least seven days in advance of meetings. 7. Provide note-taking/minutes of all meetings to be available within 7 days. 8. Provide an interactive online project site to disseminate project information and materials formatted for online distribution. 9. Provide documents in MS Office or Adobe Design and PDF formats. 10. Provide GIS shapefiles and geodatabase for all maps. 11. Provide project schedule timeline for meetings, public workshops, milestones, etc.
