The Corporation is seeking proposals from Eligible Proposers to develop and implement a fullday or series of educational workshops to engage employees at all levels through dynamic teambuilding activities and interactive leadership development sessions. The workshop(s) should promote collaboration, strengthen workplace relationships, and enhance leadership skills for individuals and teams. Team-building activities will focus on fostering stronger cohesion among departments, enhancing communication, and bettering collaboration across the organization. This enhanced interdepartmental cohesion will strengthen alignment and empower the Corporation to continue achieving its goals with greater efficiency and success. While certain leadership components may focus on senior-level guidance, the workshops should be inclusive and beneficial to all staff, fostering a shared understanding of effective leadership and teamwork. The sessions should offer creative and impactful approaches to ensure an engaging and meaningful experience for participants
