1. Install all erosion control BMPs as shown on the construction plans to prevent sedimentation from leaving the site. 2. Site preparation for the construction of the new parking lot. 3. Sub-base installation and compaction subject to inspection of the City of St. Marys 4. Installation of curb & gutter, sidewalks, and concrete flumes. 5. Installation of striping and marking as shown on construction plans 6. Installation of the walkway connecting the parking lot to the existing pedestrian pathway 7. Installation of the paving as shown on the construction plans 8. Stabilization of the disturbed area per the ES&PC plans 9. Cleaning and removal of BMPs once complete. 10. Construct the wooden ramp shown on the plans. Decking material, handrails, post sleeves, and post caps will be provided by the City.
