These include Automated Residential, Curbside Yard Waste Pickup, Commercial Front Load Collection, and Roll off Industrial Collection. The primary goal is to leverage cutting-edge technology to elevate customer service standards, enhance operational efficiency, streamline routing and dispatch processes, facilitate billing procedures, and effectively manage performance metrics for the Collections Systems in anticipation of an expansion of the City’s fleet.
