The bid solicited for this project is for roof replacement and exterior repairs. In general, the work includes removal of the existing roof system and installation of a new roof system, for both low slope and steep slope roof sections. In addition to the roof system installation, there are some areas of the substrate decking, that are deteriorated from water damage and will be replaced. As well as replacement of some areas of a Dry Pipe Sprinkler System. The facility will have other projects ongoing during time of the roof installation. The largest being an interior renovation project that will require new penetrations through the roof, requiring the roofing contractor to coordinate and flash these new penetrations into the new roof system.
