The Village intends to utilize local funds to replace the 6-inch water main on Manor Drive, from Lake Avenue to Illinois Road. The total roadway length is approximately 2,000 feet. The proposed improvements shall include 8-inch water main replacement, full street pavement resurfacing, intermittent curb and sidewalk replacement, ADA curb ramp improvements, driveway apron repairs, parkway restoration, and all collateral work. There is no major work anticipated on the existing storm and sanitary sewer systems. The limits of work are within local jurisdiction except in the intersections at Lake Avenue and at Illinois Road (Cook County jurisdiction). This street is located near a school zone and construction must be substantially complete by mid-August 2025
