provide Bike Rentals at Oakledge, Waterfront Park College Street Turn-around and North Beach. A. The Waterfronts annual seasonal schedule is from May 15 through Labor Day Weekend. We would expect the schedule to have a minimum season of Memorial Day through Labor Day. A schedule outside of this schedule is permissible upon prior approval of the City. B. The Concessionaire will need to pour concrete pads at each location except for the college street turn around and install bike racks. C. The concession space consists of a footprint big enough for bike racks and concrete pads for the bike rentals. D. Proposals for service(s) rendered shall meet all city, state and federal regulations, licensing and insurance requirements, and be of a type expected and accepted by visitors to the Waterfront and Burlington in general. E. The chosen concessionaire shall not rent anything other than bikes and they must stay within the foot print of the bike racks while parked and not in use.
