The University will consider qualified Suppliers with a strong and substantial reputation for excellence in product and service and have well developed expertise and proven experience in successfully marketing a nationally branded franchise. Our objective is to create a model relationship, which now and in the future sets the standard for cooperative agreements between the education and business communities. The University desires nationally branded franchise operation concepts that incorporate a made to order menu in the model of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). Menus should include entrée’s, sides, desserts, and beverages, have some allergen friendly alternatives, vegetarian options, and a variety of Limited-Time-Offers(LTO’s) available. Please note that if fountain beverages or branded beverages will be offered, the University's requirement is the Pepsi umbrella of products. Successful concept provider(s) will need to have a team available to work with the University designers, contractors, and others, to aid in the planning and design of the awarded location. They will need to be able to provide the specific needs to meet the concepts brand standards.
