1. Vendor shall host and maintain the cloud-based system hardware and software including automatic updates. 2. Solution shall be ADA compliant. 3. Solution shall provide efficient methods for Administrator to manage system settings, configuration, troubleshooting and reporting. 4. Solution shall support SLAs. (System down time, recovery time) 5. Vendor shall provide a support portal/ticketing system. 6. Solution shall have the ability to provide exports of data in multiple formats. 7. Solution shall support automated reports, imports and exports of data without user initiation or computer commands required. 8. Solution shall not require entry or storage of employee Social Security Numbers. 9. Solution shall provide multiple levels of Administrative/Manager roles and permissions regarding time entry, leave entry, edits, reporting, overrides, setup, etc.. 10. Solution must meet security compliance, policies and regulations of JCPS IT and legal requirements.
