• Project Management o Initial Site Schedule Provision/Discussion Create, propose, and manage site schedule progression o PM Coordination Weekly Field Reporting & Scheduling Updates (Silver Comet to check-in as needed) o Sub-Contractor Coordination Direct Management of Sub-Contractors On-Site o Quarterly Leadership Check-In • Permitting, Design, & Engineering o Permits will be readily available (owner provided) upon arrival on site • Installation o Transformer & Switchgear Panel Contractor to install utility-supplied transformer Contractor to provide and install reinforced concrete pad for transformer • Pad to be 10’x10’ • 6” – 3,500 Psi with 18” OCEW #3 Rebar Contractor to install owner-provided switchgear panel (Refer to Exhibit F – Charger, Wrap, and Switchgear Specifications) Contractor to provide and install reinforced concrete pad for switchgear • Pad to be 9’x9’ • 6” – 3,500 Psi with 18” OCEW #3 Rebar Contractor to make dip pole to transformer connection Contractor to make transformer to panel connection o Charger Installation Contractor to print and install owner-provided QR-Code on charger Provide and install all reinforced concrete pad for chargers based on drawings provided • Pad to be 54’4”x6’x6” • 6” – 3,500 Psi with 18” OCEW #3 Rebar Provide and install 3’ wide reinforced concreate slab behind curb for trash cans per drawings Install and terminate all electrical infrastructure for (4) ABB Terra 184 chargers per drawings provided • Includes utility secondary raceways, service rack, service rack equipment and conduits and circuitry for chargers • Install (1) cable management system for each charger Install (1) 2" conduit w/ (1) Cat6 or fiber optic communication cables from EV charger to the data closet located inside the store • Contractor to terminate cat6 inside of the EV charger; interior data closet termination completed by others • Utilization of the existing conduit sleeves under driveways, medians, and islands is recommended and approved by Silver Comet • If the run exceeds 200’ then POE Extension and box is needed
