The scope of work includes all architectural and engineering design for a complete swimming pool facility in general accordance with the attached masterplan, conceptual drawings and this scope of work. The firm shall assume up to four (4) presentations over the course of the design of the project. Complete design of the new facility and all amenities: 10-Lane, 25-Meter x 25-Yard Competition Pool – depth sufficient for diving 2,250 Sq. Ft., 4-lane, Recreation/Programming Pool Direct exterior access to mechanical/equipment areas Overall site design for the new facility Landscape design for the new facility to tie in the existing park and around the Multiuse Building All surveying and geotechnical work necessary for design
