The work will include but is not limited to the drilling of a new replacement well (known as Well No. 8-2R), as well as the installation of all necessary well appurtenances, raw water process piping, electrical improvements, integration improvements, building improvements, and related improvements for the complete installation of the replacement well and connections into the existing raw water infrastructure located onsite. With this project, the existing well (Well No. 8-2) is to be properly abandoned and decommissioned in accordance with regulatory requirements. The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this project as described in the Construction Documents.
