Lead Risk Asst, Healthy Homes testing work includes, but is not limited to: Must be licensed in asbestos inspection/lead risk inspection/mold inspection/radon testing Provide inspection for residential lead, asbestos, mold, and/or radon hazards for McHenry County’s HUD Healthy Homes grant Comply with Federal and state testing standards Will need to all applicable certifications - i.e., OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration), CDPH (California Department of Public Health), IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certification), AHERA (Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act), NIOSH (The National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health), the EPA (Environment Protection Agency), and/or National Radon Safety Board (NRSB). Provide reporting documentation to the Program Manager. For example, but not limited to, the following: 1. Asbestos Survey Reports (Limited/Comprehensive) 2. Procedure 5 Work Plans (Rule 1403) 3. Post Abatement Air Clearance Testing 4. Lead Based Paint Initial Inspection & Risk Assessment 5. Lead Post Renovation Clearance Testing 6. Mold Preliminary Investigation 7. Indoor Air Quality Testing 8. Post Remediation Mold Clearance Testing 9. Smoke, soot, ash, & Char Initial Assessment 10. Post Remediation Final Clearance Testing 11. Type of Radon Testing Kits to be used for testing 12. Name(s) of Lab(s) to be utilized and their appropriate certifications
