Based upon observations during the inspection and the laboratory analysis results, the following asbestos containing materials were located: Location ACM Located Quantity Friable/Condition 1 st Floor Throughout Ceiling Tiles 5,250 Sq. Ft. Friable/Intact Throughout Fitting Insulation 118 Ln. Ft Friable/Intact 110A Fitting Insulation Debris 65 Sq. Ft. Friable/Damaged 103A 9”x9” Floor Tile (not mastic) 140 Sq. Ft. Non-friable/Intact 2 nd Floor Throughout Ceiling Tiles 5,230 Sq. Ft. Friable/Intact 210 Fitting Insulation 3 Ln. Ft. Friable/Intact 207, 208, 210, 217, 218 9”x9” Floor Tile (not mastic) 1,150 Sq. Ft. Non-friable/Intact 9”x9” Floor Tile: Asbestos containing 9”x9” floor tile is located in the renovation areas on the first and second floors. The 9”x9” floor tile is exposed on the first floor and mostly under carpeting on the 2nd Floor. 9”x9” floor tile is located under half wall between rooms 207 and 208. Additionally, 9”x9” floor tile was observed in areas outside the scope of renovation and were not quantified for this report. Fitting Insulation and Debris: Asbestos containing fitting insulation on fiberglass insulated lines is located above drop ceilings throughout the first floor and in a pipe chase on the second floor. Fitting insulation debris is located on top of suspended ceiling tiles in room 110A. Fitting insulation was also observed in the basement and attic spaces, areas that are outside the scope of renovation, and were not quantified for this report.
