1. The First requested service is a Dedicated Internet Access at a minimum of 5Gbps of bandwidth (or higher) to Millbrae Elementary School District Office located at 555 Richmond Dr., Millbrae, CA 94030. a. The bidder will also provide the following new and/or additional services/equipment as a part of their bid package: 28 Static IP addresses needed. b. The “Growth Clause” shall include a price for all existing service types plus 6Gbps, 8Gbps and 10Gbps. 2. The Second requested service is a Point-to-Multipoint service between the User Network Interface (UNI) at the Owner’s “Collector Site” to the UNI(s) located at each of the sites as listed on “Attachment A – Site Schedule”. 3. The Connections shall be a minimum of 5Gbps, or higher, unless otherwise noted on the “Attachment A – Site Schedule”. 4. The Respondent will provide a separate price for all one-time special construction and/or build-out costs, including but not limited to: conduit/trenching, interior pathways, cabling, terminations, construction of network facilities, route assessments, ROW access and/or easement assessments, traffic control and permits, surveys, testing, design and engineering, and project management to provide the requested service connection to the Owner’s designated demarcation point and also a separate proposal to amortize the cost of the construction into the monthly contract cost. a. If the Respondent can offer financing up to three (3) years on the Owners non-discounted share of the special construction charges, please list this in the proposal. Include the following: • The total amount financed. • The terms of the agreement. • The annual interest rate.
