The project consists of complete reconstruction of approximately 3 Village blocks of utility and street reconstruction. The work includes sanitary sewer replacement, watermain replacement, sewer and water laterals, storm sewer replacement, storm laterals, and street reconstruction including select crushed subbase, gravel base, concrete curb & gutter, concrete sidewalks, asphalt pavement and restoration of all disturbed areas.
