Contractor must provide lodging accommodations for the Minnesota Department of Public Safety (DPS), Minnesota State Patrol (MSP), in the Saint Cloud, Minnesota area. Lodging Contractor shall provide single occupancy lodging accommodations for up to sixty-five (65) individuals during occasion. Occasion for required lodging: March 25 through March 26, 2025; Usage: MSP estimates a total usage corresponding to Sixty-Five (65) single night stays, consecutive, for individuals identified to attend occasion. Room Block. The State will provide the Contractor final confirmation of rooms at least two (2) calendar days prior to the conference date. The Contractor must provide written notification to the State prior to releasing the room block. After providing written notice and the expiration of the final room confirmation deadline, the Contractor may release the rooms and will no longer be responsible to hold the block of rooms. Check-In. The State will accept the Contractor’s standard check-in time. If rooms are not available at the check-in time, the Contractor must provide a secure room to store luggage until the rooms are ready.
