Mandatory services. 1) Staffing. a) The Company shall be responsible for the staffing of lifeguards during pool season (weekend before Memorial Day weekend through the last weekend of September). Additionally, Company shall provide a full-time manager. b) All company personnel who will work at the Town Pool, including all lifeguards, shall be employed solely by the Company. No lifeguards shall be engaged by the company as an independent contractor. c) Company agrees to follow all federal, state, and local guidelines for employment of their personnel. d) Personnel employed by the Company shall have Red Cross lifeguard training or equivalent (certified lifeguards and certified pool manager's license). e) Personnel employed by the Company shall be provided chemical safety training by the Company prior to the beginning of the pool season. f) The Company shall provide its personnel with pre-opening orientation training, onsite training, and post-Memorial Day guard training review.
