The vendor will be responsible for ensuring that content meets minimum accessibility requirements, Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and is accessible for individuals with physical, sensory, or cognitive disabilities. • Review, test and remediate provided content to ensure compliance with applicable law. • Documents may include but not limited to: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Adobe PDF, etc. • When requested vendors are expected to provide the accessible base document and accessible PDF for public posting Vendors will provide MSDE with proof of accessibility. Documenting how the vendor conducted testing, remediation, and proof of the final accessibility. Vendors may be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement to ensure the confidentiality of the material; some material may be embargoed for public distribution at the time of remediation. MSDE reserves the right to check the vendors' work and reject any work that does not meet the minimum standards.
