The vendor will be responsible for: • Attending kick off meetings for each assigned digital tool • Developing a test plan including: o the accessibility assessment process (standards and technologies). MSDE is required to meet Section 508 standards and WCAG 2.1 Level AA. multiple assistive technology tools (including the use of JAWS, VoiceOver and NVDA). mainstream web browsers physical iOS and Android devices, not mobile emulators o expected outcomes o a list of the different screens that will be included in the evaluation MSDE may provide the vendor with user stories to mirror the expected workflow of the digital tool • Producing a detailed audit report including: o summary of issues (severity and success criteria) o results aligned to the test plan o issue breakdown (frequency, location, steps to reproduce, alignment, and suggestion) • Compiling an ACR using the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) o VPAT version 2.5 or most recent version o VPAT edition INT and remit all EU standards during the evaluation • Attending a delivery meeting with the product sponsor
