The Office of Neighborhood Safety (ONS) aims to expand community services that we refer clients and their families based on individual needs. The goal is to create a network of local organizations and businesses which provide comprehensive support for youth effected by violence, helping to build resiliency and prevent ongoing cycles of violence. The services include: Counseling and therapeutic supports: Individual, family, group, youth, and vocational Crisis care and outreach: Support in times of crisis Housing counseling: Identification and relocation Education and workforce development: Upskilling, tutoring, career exploration, coaching, and job search Legal advocacy: Support navigating the judicial system and assistance in removing barriers to obtaining housing, employment, etc
