The City of Flagstaff (City or Owner) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ’s) from Arizona licensed Professionals (Firm) to provide Engineering Services: Plans and specifications to include delivery of the required documents for design and construction of the City’s annual street maintenance program. These services will include utility coordination, permitting, surveying, cost estimates, plan and specification preparation and coordination with other City divisions. The services provided through this contract will include but are not limited to: utilize street condition ratings prepared by City staff: develop street improvement alternatives including chip seal, micro seal and overlay: prepare cost estimates for each improvement alternative: develop revised stripe plans with traffic: identify and resolve conflicts with other projects: and prepare and seal Contract Documents.
