Construction Period Tasks - a. Serve as the Commission’s representative in meetings with the construction team. b. Conduct pre-construction review meetings with Project team and Owner. c. Monitor construction and perform progress inspections of the Project as required and/or directed by the Owner to ensure that the Project is being constructed in compliance with applicable building codes, Owner requirements and guidelines, and construction plans and specifications for the Project. d. Prepare monthly inspection reports, which shall include Project photographs. e. Coordinate Project team, vendors, and Owner as necessary to review and implement scope of work. f. Serve as liaison between Government and utility agencies in representation of Owner as needed. g. Review submittals and shop drawings as needed for coordination purposes.
