The proposed 2025 Road Program construction consists of the repair and/or replacement of sanitary and storm structures, and pipes; installation of new storm structures and pipes; repair and/or replacement of water system components; installation of new water main valves and lateral; spot repair and/or replacement of curb and gutter; repair and/or replacement of sidewalks and driveways; installation of new curb and gutter; installation of new sidewalks and/or relocation of sidewalks; base patching; full pavement replacement; asphalt overlay only; replacement of concrete pavement; and the resurfacing and/or replacement of roadway pavements within and around the Pine Ridge, Woodside Ridge, Majestic Heights, Coldwater Creek, Ridgeview, and Braddock Place Subdivisions, including Water Tower Court, Woodside Road, and Richmond Road. Major work items and approximate quantities for which bids are requested include: • 4' Gravel Shoulder: 2,566 square yards • 4' Paved Shoulder: 297 square yards • Full Pavement Replacement: 8,626 square yards • Concrete Median Nose Replacement: 79 square yards • Mill & Overlay: 156,733 square yards • Asphalt Overlay Only: 4,247 square yards • Concrete Walk Replacement: 567 square yards • New Concrete Walk: 624 square yards • Base Patching: 15,532 square yards • Petrotac Paving Fabric: 5000 square yards • Curb and Gutter Spot Repairs: 4,267 lineal feet • New 24 Inch Full Face Curb and Gutter: 1,261 lineal feet • Storm Sewer: Structure replacement/addition (19 each), Structure repairs (255 each), Pipe spot repairs (172 lineal feet) • Sanitary Sewer: Manhole repairs (12 each), Pipe spot repairs (18 lineal feet). • Water Main: Valve box replacements (40 each), Valve vault abandonment with valve box replacement (11 each), Valve replacement (5 each), Hydrant replacement (1 each), Install New Owner-Furnished Valves (2 each), Install New Owner-Furnish Bubbler (1 each) and Water Lateral (12 lineal feet).
